Today's crossfit tip comes from Crossfit Safety Harbor. http://crossfitsafetyharbor.com/50-ways-to-get-better-at-crossfit-2/
Some great tips here for beginners and you pros alike. I'll list a few of the tips that hit me at home.
1. Gear up. Get oly shoes, some inov-8s or nanoís, a speed rope, some wrist wraps, and some good workout clothes
We all know how important having the right gear for the job is. Stop making excuses and get the proper equipment that you need to get the most out of yoru Crossfit.
11. Warm-up ALOT. Make sure you focus your warm-ups and always practice proper dynamic warm-ups before you train. Not only
will this help your results it will prevent injury.
Warm ups, warm ups, warm ups!!!! It can't be stated enough. Warm up and stretch. An injury will only take you out of the game and slow down your Crossfit goals.
34. Get your family involved. Who cares if you annoy them. They are your family and you donít want to bury them in the ground. If
you really love your family you should give a shit if they are killing themselves with shitty food and bad lifestyle habits. Start working on them NOW.
This is probably the most important. If you care about those close to you make sure you are doing everything you can to help them and get them motivated. Be their coach, be their motivation , be their rock but most important be their friend. Friends don't let friends throw their lives away on junk food and lazy lifestyles.
