I haven't raged like this since the bad BC2 lag days

If every night continues to be a fuck fest of me rubber banding, failed knifes, Clips into people then having them turn around and hit me with one bullet, bluebooies cream cheesing doors, stupid vehicle mechanics, huge maps where one guy can walk in and fuck both your charges, tons of plants with no protection, shotgun blasts to the chest with no damage......I could keep going......but I dunno

And if you don't believe me - I'm gonna make a video and send it to Dice/EA of all the retarded shit that they slop ass game does.

I almost snapped my only controller in half tonight.......yup.

Please tell me someone else feels the same way and I'm not nutz..........let the luster of the "new game" wear off and honestly tell me the truth. The game could be epic, but all it does is piss me off.

I really just want a sanity check that I'm not alone here.......

don't worry they will get it fixed in a couple of months. just remember what you have to look forward to, in about 1-2 months the game will get unplayable and wont be fixed for another 1-2 months after the problems start to occur.

Well, to be honest, I'm loving the game. However, I've only finished 3 multiplayer matches. I do see that there are some problems but the game's been running smooth. There're some weird squad/chat issues that I'd like to see fixed and there're some campaign technical issues that I wouldn't mind seeing corrected. But overall, the game runs very smooth for me. I'll update after I hit the 10 hour mark. Plus, I do agree that there'll be a patch or two in the next few weeks/month that should help a ton.

This is the complete opposite for me, i am not raging like i did in bfbc2 if anything im getting a better connection. But i can relate to where you are coming from bc battlefield is all about where you live, you aren't insane. You are just very dedicated and you want to do well, recoil seems a bit more to me then the beta..a map like operation metro where ppl clump together all i have to say the 870 combat does work, that thing is off the wall.

Yeah - I think my problem is right now that I want to win, bad.....I'm not gonna stress about the wins. I care so much that it ticks me off cuz I feel like only 2-4 people are actually trying to protect or take charges........I'll Focus on weapons, accuracy and kills. I always go for a charge and usually find I'm the only one there planting or Diffusing for the most part. Must be something with the servers you guys are connecting to... use the server browser I go into 4 bar games only and never lag. If I join you guys on the east coast its not that bad. I have yet to find any bugs being abused... if its server side a patch is probably already be worked on and it will be fixed soon. I have to say this is one of the best releases bug wise I have ever played... there are balance issues some places with rpgs on vehicles... but that will be fixed over time.

I agree on some of it but I am trying to understand how the shotgun blast to the chest does not kill at about 3 feet......I will sya the blue berries are all about the kills and no defense of a planted mcomm or defending at all for that matter.

I played 2 games last night with my boys, went 30-10, and 24-12. I played like a bitch, didn't play the comms till I know I had to leave and wanted the win so camped the charge for an 8ks (although I did plant 3, and diffuse 1 - but it was only cuz I was close).......I had fun, just like I stated in my first post. Won one, lost one.....not sure if I'm gonna keep playing with the charge a secondary focus. Maybe I'm just learning the maps.

I dunno....the game itself I like much better then BC2. Now I just need to get past the chincy vehicle feeling, feels like a 3rd grader drew the sites, constructed the material......they just don't feel right to me. (besides the boats and jets)

i like the vehicles especially choppers because now not everybody can get in a chopper and own you but 2 things i dont like are that jets can take a tank shell and survive come on really and the fact that tanks roll forward when you try to stop i know thats how its supposed to be its pretty annoying

^Choppers are useless - I've never seen one do anything, in any game.....I don't think I've seen a chopper kill in the kill feed either.

I can fly a jet, but I can't kill anything.....even if I light up a tank. I just get spot points. LOL

choppers take real skill in this game i can shoot down choppers with the scout choppers now and tanks are ridiculously easy to kill with attack choppers if you can aim which is not an easy accomplishment and for jets it takes one strafing run to take down tanks if you have good aim suck that you cant see shit from jets

Scans, I actually got a key double kill in the chopper last night. It was on the canal map. Two guys were defusing our charge on the last m-comm, I was the door gunner in the chopper and just randomly fired through the roof of the trailer with the m-comm inside. Bang, double kill and 200 points for defending the charge!

Two things to keep in mind with all of vehicles, but especially the airborne ones. They are tough to fly without a ton of practice (Dice really needs a tutorial mode) and the standard weapons are only guns. You need to level up for rockets, missiles and other heavy weapons. I think once we have some good pilots flying jets/choppers with real weapons, the game is going to change bigtime.

i can fly the choppers pretty good and i have rockets on the jets and both types of choppers they are very hard but once you learn that the right and left stick work together in turning and you have to use both of them at the same time you will get better

wow first 2 games i went on.
1st was cq no one doing objective (capturing flags)on canal, basically our whole team got spawn trapped on the boat.
2nd game was rush on Grand Bazaar, these stupid blue guys are so eager to get kill on the choke point. got dammit...

stingers are being nerfed too right? i just got shot out of the cockpit by one when it was tracing me from behind. It wasnt a cockpit hit, it hit me in the engines. And yes, i deployed flares. Yes they worked. Yes he fired another missile and when i was miles and miles away from him on the map the missile still hit me. Probably woke up the entire neighborhood

I would just punish the range; we do need SOME way to take out good air. But the range and speed at which the missiles fly are way too quick right now.

w/l dropped from 3.8 to 2.674 (thanks very much randoms) and the k/d dropped .1 from the lag.
The hit detection system is different from bc2... it's more like cod now. which is bad imo, especially with this god awful lag. EA needs to sort their servers out pronto
